- Easy to send invitation links to people if you have their email address, phone number or a closed Facebook group with all the contacts
- No need to set up people one by one manually
- Members sign up by simply clicking on the link they receive
How do I invite members to my team?
Go to Members
- Make sure you have selected the correct team under on the top right
- Press at the bottom of the screen
- Press at the bottom right
- Press Invite
Here you get these options to share an invite link for the specific team. You can use them as often as you want via:
- Phonebook
- SMS
- Share your team's invitation link (so you can do what you want with the link)
- TIP: You can also invite parents of members to set up a parent profile so they can manage their child's profile
Regardless of how you invite, members will receive a link where they simply click on the green View Invitation button.
They will now be on the team and therefore in your membership list.
The member can edit their membership details themselves and then download the SportMember app from either Google Play (Android phone) or the App Store (iPhone).
Go to Members
- Make sure you have selected the correct team under top right
- Click on on the left
- Click on MEMBERS
- Click on More on the right
- Click on Invite member
- Copy the invitation link or type the email address(es) in the box to send the link directly from here. In this case, finish with Send
- TIP: It is up to you whether you send the link directly from SportMember or whether you copy the link and share it on Facebook or elsewhere
